HDFC Life has continuously innovated with a futuristic mindset and led the industry in this area. One of the
mandates of the team (us!), rolling into the CEO’s office, is to work on cutting-edge ideas in the area of life
insurance.
We are responsible for conceptualizing new ideas through consumer research and market intelligence, and
also testing these ideas through an iterative pilot-feedback-repeat loop. We are (thankfully) empowered
individuals who like to think of ourselves as “idea owners”, with the ability to think differently, challenge the
status quo, and with a bias for action.
We have launched a new sub brand KlarifyLife, targeted at Gen Z and millennials, like you, to simplify term
insurance and promote insurance education and awareness for this target group, in a manner that appeals to
them. We have also introduced a 100% free, DIY, interactive Term Guide to help people understand their term
insurance needs and prepare them to buy term insurance.
If interacting with potential customers to understand their perceptions and feedback of a product, garnering
actionable insights, therefrom, interests you then this project will provide you with a practical experience and
the chance to apply your knowledge and skills. And if you do come up with good suggestions, we will be happy
to incorporate it in our product.

Your Role:

Contribute towards on-ground survey to understand and analyse the perception, acceptance and
penetration of life insurance in the Indian GenZ and Millennials
Interact with professional and personal networks to help them take the Term Guide journey and
capture their valuable feedback and experiences
Conduct a thorough evaluation of user feedback from a predefined sample size of users to generate
relevant and actionable insights
Meticulously analyse the data and subjective information received from the feedback
Effectively convey the issues, research findings and strategic recommendations by preparing a project
report
