Chapter 1
Background of the Study
As Technology is getting more advanced, new things are being created, specifically
artificial Intelligence. As Artificial Intelligence gets more advanced what will happen to the
future? An Example of this is the Industrial Revolution, in modern history, the process of change
from an agrarian and handicraft economy to one dominated by industry and
machine manufacturing. This process began in Britain in the 18th century and from there spread
to other parts of the world. The first effort to stop Machines taking over was the Luddites who
started a protest movement . They were textile workers in the period when industrial
revolution took place in late 19th century. They protested against the machines which were
introduced that threatened to make their jobs obsolete.
As more and more jobs get taken over by machines, what will happen to the future when
technology gets so advanced that they don’t need us anymore? Well, we have to find jobs that
the new era created.
When that time comes, we have to be ready and knowledgeable for the future. This study
is important for the world, so we can know what people think about the future when Artificial
Intelligence takes over. This study will inform you so you are aware of the future

Introduction
As of now technology is progressing fast, with new things being made at fast pace and
then another thing is made. With that progression, AI or Artificial Intelligence is also being
programmed with simple to complex movement that completely perform much better than
humans. What will happen when Artificial intelligence Replace things that humans normally do?
What will that look like? And will people look at that as the future or just see it as ethically
wrong or not the future of humans.
Today, there are already many jobs that has been replaced by Machines, an example of
that is Car Company that lets machines make the cars efficiently and fast so they produce more
cars to sell on the market while paying them nothing. With humans, the pace of production is
much slower and the quality might not be on par with standards. As jobs gets replace by AI, what
will people think and feel about it? what will happen to the job market?
The Age of Technology keeps getting advance, more and more things ang getting created
with technology. What will be the perception to Technology getting more advanced artificial
intelligence replacing humans and creating a new era?

Research Questions
This study aims to see the perception of people when technology gets advanced, specifically
Artificial intelligence and what will happen to the world when run by Artificial Intelligence.
Also, to see why and how can Artificial Intelligence replace People in workplace. Specifically, it
aims to answer these questions.
1. What will the world look like when run by AI?
2. How can Artificial Intelligence replace most jobs that is normally operated by people?
3. How can Artificial intelligence become more advance?
Scope and Delimitations
This topic covers Artificial Intelligence and what is the perception of people about
Artificial Intelligence. What will the future look like when Artificial Intelligence can be seen in
stores or restaurants. What will People feel when that will happen. Artificial Intelligence Being
put in jobs as one of the possibilities that Artificial Intelligence can Create
Significance of the study
This for knowledge about Artificial Intelligence and its part to the future of humans. This
will inform All people for the coming future of more Advanced Technology, specifically
Artificial Intelligence. This study gives information about what will happen in the near future so
we can know what we will do and know how to cope with the new Era.

Definition of Terms
Artificial Intelligence – A kind of Intelligence that is made for machines and performed by
them.
Advanced Technology – is defined as a new or developing IT innovation that still has relatively
few users, yet promises to provide future, significant value.
Perception - is the sensory experience of the world. It involves both recognizing environmental
stimuli and actions in response to these stimuli.
Evolutionary - relating to the gradual development of something.
Mainstream - the ideas, attitudes, or activities that are regarded as normal or conventional; the
dominant trend in opinion, fashion, or the arts.
Phenomenon - a fact or situation that is observed to exist or happen, especially one whose cause
or explanation is in question.
Indistinguishable - not distinguishable: such as. a : lacking identifying or individualizing
qualities seemingly indistinguishable alternatives.
Personifies - to conceive of or represent as a person or as having human qualities or powers.
Science Fiction -is the character that branch of fiction that deals with the possible effects of an
altered technology or social system on mankind in an imagined future, an altered present, or an
alternative past.

Super Intelligence - is a hypothetical agent that possesses intelligence far surpassing that of the
brightest and most gifted human minds. "Superintelligence" may also refer to a property of
problem-solving systems whether or not these high-level intellectual competencies are embodied
in agents that act in the world.
