Lusaka, Ndola, Kabwe, Kitwe, Chingola and Solwezi
The job holders will be reporting to the Team Leaders
KEY QUALIFICATIONS, QUALITIES & ABILITIES
Full Grade 12 Certificate
Certificate in Marketing or any Business-related course will be an added advantage.
All Diploma Holders will be given priority
Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
Planning and organisation skills
Resilient spirit and a persistent nature
Able to work with minimum supervision
Ability to meet the challenges of a target-driven
job Passion to perform and achieve excellence with ability to work as a team member
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Continuously identifying new business opportunities.
Achieve set sales targets and ensure sustained business growth and profitability.
Prepare and present proposals for potential clients.
Maintain and update knowledge of all company products/services
Enrol new clients and ensure they are set up correctly, timeously and accurately.
Ensure that MLife Products are actively promoted to establish a presence in the
market.
Provide good customer service to maintain and retain clients.
Deliver approved policies to new clients and explain the benefits and risks of the policy.
Follow up and close all leads and appointments as assigned by Sales Team Leader
Gather competitor information and act upon such information
Ensure applications/documentation for all clients are fully completed, processed
and monitor progress
Present the benefits and performance of MLife Product/s, services and support
Compile weekly reports to the Sales Team Leader
Responsible for keeping self and supervisors up to date on competitor and market
developments
