Special charges apply at some locations, particularly off-shore islands.
Not all cylinder sizes are available in all the stated gases at all locations. Propylene, refrigerants, balloon gas,
ALUSHIELD®, STAINSHIELD®, food fresh gases and other gas mixtures – prices available on request.
Prices are published or notified to the Customer and will be varied from time to time. Prices quoted are for yearly
demand not exceeding 340m³ oxygen and 170m³ dissolved acetylene. Gas charge rates for quantities above this are
available on request.
BOC general terms and conditions of supply apply. Normal terms of payment are by direct debit and additional charges
may apply for other forms of payment.
3. If the customer returns a BOC cylinder without taking a replacement before the annual rental period expires,
a pro rata refund will be made for any whole month(s) unexpired. This applies to annual rental only.
All details, prices, charge rates and contract terms for all gases are available on request.
4. P
rices stated above do not include VAT. VAT is levied at the 5% rate on some supplies of fuel gases. Refer to VAT
notice 701/19.
1. A
fixed charge is applied to every order for vehicle delivery or customer collection irrespective of the size or type
of cylinder supplied.
5. BOC reserves the right to levy a failed delivery charge of £82.95 ex. VAT.
2. Cylinder rentals
2.1 Monthly rental is available by request and is suitable for larger holdings.
2.2 T he annual rental charge is payable in advance of initial supply and then on anniversary.
2.3 Long term rental (3 or 5 year options) have been reintroduced on small cylinders. This charge is payable in
advance of initial supply and then on anniversary, and is available by written request.
