• C – Customers of the system – people who
benefit or suffer from processes of system
• A – Actors – people who shall carry out
main activities for what the system was
defined
• T- Transformation process – what system
does to give something useful to actors in
the end
• W- World view – context in which system
is placed
• O – Owners – people who control the
system and do whatever they wish to do
• E- Environmental constraints – ethical
limits, financial constraints, regulations,
limitations etc.
