You are required to develop a "marketing toolkit" for yourself in order market your
knowledge, skills, values and unique characteristics to potential employers and tertiary
educational institutions. Your sales package should be presented in the form of a

1. Write your Personal Mission Statement: You are required to produce a brochure on
your Personal Mission Statement. The brochure should be eye-catching; colourfully
and creatively presented and should include text and graphics. Use the rubric to
guide you.

3. My Career Plans: Write a paragraph of approximately 150 words in which you
outline your career plans for the next 3-5 years. Indicate what you plan to do next
year (i.e. look for work / study / gap year etc.) and give full reasons for your choice.
For example, if you plan to study, say what you will be studying where you plan to
study and why you want to study the particular course. Indicate what you plan to
do after you have attained your qualification.
