Effective questioning
There are several very valid questions:
1. What are the viable alternatives?
2. What advantages and disadvantages do you
see in this proposal?
3. Can you be more explicit about your
considerations?
4. What is your goal?
5. How would you describe the current
situation?
6. What are the options for improvement?
7. When do you think you will be able to take
action?
The better the questions are asked, the better
the insight and the better the solutions.
