Due to the global health crisis and the new normal that we are still trying to
adapt and survive from, we are struggling on the following dilemma:
 Teaching strategies on distance learning modality;
 Choosing the suitable Assessment Methods that are
appropriate in Modular Distance Learning in assessing the
learners’ knowledge and progress;
 Developing pupils’ reading skills and comprehension;
 Ways on how to monitor and evaluate the learners’ progress
and achievement in Modular Distance Learning
 Positive use of ICT to facilitate the teaching and learning
process during Modular Distance Learning
 Managing stress of teachers
School-based Formal Face-to-Face (F3) training combined with a JobEmbedded Learning (JEL) program provided to target beneficiaries on
December 13-17, 2021.
Empathy, Compassion, Commitment, resourcefulness, Resiliency creativity
and innovativeness
Enhanced knowledge, skills and attitude of the teachers, ensured positive use
of ICT to facilitate the teaching and learning process, used differentiated,
developmentally appropriate learning experiences to address learners’ gender,
needs, strengths, interests and experiences and Established safe and secure
learning environments to enhance learning through the consistent
implementation of policies, guidelines, and procedures.

charged against MOOE subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules.
 The following are the outputs: sample assessment and MDL grading,
activity sheets based on the teaching strategies discussed, reading
remediation and reading assessments, learning materials done through
the utilization of ICT, list of interventions on pupils not participating in
the modality and on pupils with possible failing grades, constructed
localized and contextualized learning materials
The teachers are expected to produce quality instructional materials/training
outputs, improve their delivery and instructional competencies thus,
improving the learners’ performance.
