Empathy, Compassion, Commitment, resourcefulness, Resiliency creativity and innovativeness Enhanced knowledge, skills and attitude of the teachers, ensured positive use of ICT to facilitate the teaching and learning process, used differentiated, developmentally appropriate learning experiences to address learners’ gender, needs, strengths, interests and experiences and Established safe and secure learning environments to enhance learning through the consistent implementation of policies, guidelines, and procedures. The following are the outputs: sample assessment and MDL grading, activity sheets based on the teaching strategies discussed, reading remediation and reading assessments, learning materials done through the utilization of ICT, list of interventions on pupils not participating in the modality and on pupils with possible failing grades, constructed localized and contextualized learning materials The teachers are expected to produce quality instructional materials/training outputs, improve their delivery and instructional competencies thus, improving the learners’ performance.
