for Photos/Sound/Quotes for Use by GIZ

herewith give my consent1 that my full name, age and place of residence, together with photographs/videos of myself, can be used in GIZ’s publications or internet presentations2, and that
these data can be stored in the GIZ GmbH photo pool, unless stated otherwise*. GIZ may also
share my materials with trusted GIZ partners, and my story may appear in their communications.
GIZ GmbH is allowed to pass on my personal data to third parties active in the field of publishing, including web-based publishing – particularly layout and graphic design agencies – for the
purpose of processing these data and integrating them in published materials.
This permission is given on the condition that photos/data are not put to improper or indecent
use, which could otherwise damage the image of the undersigned. I can at any time withdraw
my declaration of consent, except for materials which have already been printed and distributed.
Furthermore, I may withdraw my consent at any time, except for materials which have already been printed and distributed (withdrawal of consent should be sent to ayotunde.razaq@giz.de).
In case of the belief that the data processing is unlawful, I can contact GIZ’s data protection
officer (datenschutzbeauftragter@giz.de), or lodge a complaint with the responsible data protection supervisory authority – the Federal Data Protection Commissioner (BfDI) (poststelle@bfdi.bund.de).
* I only consent to photos of myself being used in special connections; indicate which, if any:
