 Talk about machines in our lives

Teacher: 50%

3. When would you use L1 in this lesson? Why?
I would use it when it is almost impossible to explain the meaning of the target vocabulary.
4. Was there enough grammar teaching? Why / why not?
Yes, there was.
5. Was there enough free speaking from the students? Why / why not?
Definitely, I let students speak in pairs. I, personally, monitored while they were doing speaking and fixed some
grammar and vocabulary errors.
6. How interesting and useful was this lesson? Why do you think so?
I do think that the lesson was useful but I don’t think it was interesting enough. I could have done it much better.
7. How close is this lesson to your average one? In what way was it similar or different?
Well, usually most lessons are the same. The tempo and atmosphere in the class may change from time to time though.
8. What was particularly effective in this lesson? Why?
Checking students’ understanding of the instructions
9. What did you think was more ineffective in this lesson? Why?
I don’t think I managed to teach everything. I should work on time management.
10. What would you do differently? Why
I have realized that I should always have a plan.
