Program Background and Rationale About Canva for Education With Canva for Education, you can create the most engaging lessons and run activities for students in-class or online. Easily integrate with all your go-to classroom tools – Canvas, Schoology, D2L, Moodle, Blackboard, Google Classroom, and Microsoft Teams. III. Program Description The In-Service Training is a two-day limited face-to-face workshop and tutorial activities that is composed of one-on-one tutorial and crafting of an output. It aims to capacitate teachers’ skills in Canva which they can use in teaching especially to online learners. Through utilization and dissemination of research’s findings and results, teachers are tasked and expected to present their output. After the workshop and tutorial, all the participants are expected to make an output using Canva Features about the lesson they want to present. Finally, teachers would be able to personalize his/her lessons through Canva for Education with the help of its features. In this way, learning will be more authentic, contextualized, and localized. IV. Target Learner’s Description This workshop tutorial will be conducted on August 23, 2023. The target participants are 3 male teachers and 10 female teachers. Two teachers will serve as the facilitator and speaker. The session will focus on the workshop and tutorial. Participants will craft an output using Canva showcasing Education features. V. Workplace Development Objectives (WDO) Competencies: To capacitate teachers in implementing the learning delivery system consistent with DepEd’s professional development framework and professional standards. Output: Crafting lessons, worksheets, activities, interaction using Canva software. Organizational Outcome: Ensure learning continuity through K-12 curriculum adjustments, alignment of learning materials, deployment of multiple learning delivery modalities, and deliver quality education in this time of crisis. VI. Program Learning Objectives Terminal Objective: To enhance the competencies of teachers in improving the performance of their learners in the teaching-learning process. Enabling Objective: To conduct a training that will capacitate the teachers on effective teaching and learning in the new normal. Oversees the learning facilitators in the review of program design and walkthrough the resource package 3. Orients learning facilitators and other staff on their roles and responsibilities during the actual delivery of the program during the preparatory meeting 4. Spearheads in the dissemination of Memorandum announcing the participants and learning facilitators 5. Manages in the preparation of resources and materials required for the delivery of the program 6. Taps resource persons when needed in the delivery of the program 7. Be at the venue at least before the start of the program to make sure the smooth flow of registration of participants, signages are displayed in strategic places 8.
