Ingredients
• 500g Hakket kalv og flæsk (Minced pork & veal)
• 1 egg
• Flour
• 1 large onion (fist sized)
• Salt
• Pepper
Proceedings
• Cut veal square in 4 pieces, move one to the side
• Fill hole with flour, so appx. 25% by vol
• Smash egg into stuff
• Grate onion into stuff
• Pepper (so much that you think ”jesus that’s too much pepper”)
• Salt (10 gram per 1kg final mixture)
• Stir everything together, leave for one hour in the fridge
• Use a spoon to shape up some lumps, fry on pan in appx. 100g butter
Eat on rye bread, with potato salad, whatever
