Dear Kristen Dunn,
Would the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail be able to provide meeting rooms and
accommodate for about 55 Bari Media staff members and guests from either December 13-17
or January 10-14?
Your resort seemed to suit our needs the best because of its amenities and business
accommodations. We are rewarding the troops for their hard work with a winter retreat, and I am
collecting information for our CEO. After reviewing your website, we have several questions
about your resort.
We will need about 50 rooms and two conference rooms that can hold 25 people each for one
and a half days.
What more can you tell me about the conference facilities?
What is the A/V equipment used in the conference rooms?
How is Internet access?
What are some entertainment options for families?
Do you have a banquet room that is large enough for about 85 people?
Do you provide transportation to and from the Eagle County Airport?
Do you have special group rates for groups either December 13-17 or January 10-14?
Answers to these questions will allow us to move forward on our decision. Please respond
before September 9, so we can determine which resort to choose by September 15.
