Contextualization Through an interactive slid presentation where students will manipulate the computer to click on their responses, the teacher will define and discuss the different components of physical fitness. The teacher will give a ten-item assessment on the concepts discussed. The teacher will discuss the assessments included in the physical fitness test, both health-related and skill-related. The teachers asked the students to share their experiences in having an active physical activity such as stretching, walking from home to school every morning and even playing sports. The teacher solicited related experiences from the students such as their participation to gymnastics competition, playing sports such as athletics during Sports Fest and the like. b.
