Attendance to WRP Online Activities I used to do workouts when quarantine started, such as HIIT workout, upper body workout and lower body workout. I was consistent and motivated, eventually, I lost my drive for it and stopped. When school started I was sure that I would never get to go back into working out because I would be occupied by my studies. Accordingly, it is either I am on my gadgets doing school works or resting and eating. However, this WRP exercise session made me realize that If I want to do it I would make a way and time for it. It taught me new and easy exercises that were very effective because my muscles were sore afterwards, which meant that I did it the right way. Lastly, it made me realize how important exercise is in our daily lives because of its benefits emotionally and physically. Being in college is much different from high school, it is more exhausting and it takes more of my time as compared to before. I also make sure to take a rest because pushing myself too hard might make my health and wellness unhealthy. After hours of typing, being in front of the screen and sitting, I make sure to stretch to help my joints and decrease the risk of injuries. I also make sure to not be idle and walk around the house to exercise and while doing it, I read Wattpad stories because they serve as a stress reliever. Despite the hectic schedule, I try my best to eat on time and drink a lot of water to stay hydrated and have more energy to keep going. Lastly, I hang out with my family and friends through online messages and meetings because they keep me sane and having a strong support system is very beneficial, especially as a college student.
