DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF PROJECT IN-CHARGE:

Prepares daily installation schedules and work permits.
Prepares project status reports and submits them to Construction Management.
Generates weekly and monthly installation updates.
Evaluates and approves submitted handlers and punch lists.
Evaluates approved kitchen cabinet plans versus actual site conditions.
Attends weekly construction coordination meetings (CCM) with construction
management group and contractors
7. Attends project technical group meetings (PTG) with SMDC, CM groups and
contractors weekly
8. Attends General toolbox meetings every Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays
9. Attends Emergency meetings held by Construction Management Group.
10. Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and
regulations
