AUTHORISATION LETTER
I, P.M.Nanjappa, Senior Vice-President –HR of the M/s. Advanta Limited, a
company registered under the Companies Act and having its registered officer at 104-105,
1st Floor, Bhuvana Towers, S.D. Road, Secunderabad – 500003 (hereinafter referred to as
“Company”)
Whereas, I have been authorized by the Board of Directors of the Company to
appoint, nominate and constitute any person to act as attorney to do acts or things on
behalf of the company and fore the company, and also to sign any document and to
negotiate on behalf of the company and for the company.
Now, in exercise of the aforesaid powers, I appoint, nominate and constitute Mr.
B. Venkatnarayan Rao to perform as follows:
To appoint advocate, represent the company, execute all documents including
filing of complaints, petitions, application and all other documents that are necessary and
in connection with the matter pertaining to cases filed against the company at District
Forums and State Commission and to file appeal, revision against the orders of above
mentioned forums and commission.
