PROFITABILITY TREE From the Issue tree we can say the firm should acquire companies which has the following characteristics: • Strong customer base in US and Europe. • Has the capability to deliver goods and services to healthcare sector in USA and Europe. • Has expertise to capture retail sector which is currently neglected by the firm in spite of huge profit margins. • Has more Indian permanent employees i.e. Indian firm is preferred. • Expertise in profitable products other than those which generates the maximum revenue.
