The CPLD PLL testing needs to have the NY64-D card installed in the option card slot.
This information was not described in the service manual and will be added.
On page 146 in the Service Manual, "FAIL: PLL" is displayed In the PLL inspection (Test
program 7-3-4) when the NY64-D card is not installed. Because the CPLD PLL testing needs to
have the NY64-D card installed in the option card slot.
