-This quality assurance policy outlines our belief and commitment to ensure that
ongoing quality improvement is an integral part of our organization. Enabling Change
Limited will aim for continuous improvement in the quality of all aspects of its work as
part of its determination to help learners achieve the highest possible standards.

-QA aims at preventing deficiencies with a focus on the process when developing a
product or service. It is a proactive process.
-The goal of QA is to improve development and test procedures so that the product or
service is suitable for an intended purpose and deficiencies are avoided or at least minimized.
Purpose
The purpose of the Quality Assurance Policy is to ensure such continuous improvement
through a process of self-evaluation and action planning. The Quality Assurance Policy
and associated procedures will involve all employees.
2. Process of quality assurance system.
Quality Assurance (QA) in education is a process of monitoring, assessing, evaluating,
and reporting objectively on all aspects of school life. QA processes and practices are
dynamic and provide the needed guidance and support to schools for consistent
improvement in learning outcomes.
