1. Wilmont’s Pharmacy Drone Case
1.1 Initiation
1.1.1 Develop scope and plan

• Activities to design the delivery drones structure and systems, specifying

1.2.2 Modifications plan
• Activities to design the drone’s modifications needed. Preparation of
related documents for approval.

• Activities to determine the costs of each activity of the whole project.

1.2.3.2 Payment plan
• Preparation of detailed payment agreement. Preparation of related

• Preparation of the project’s contract for negotiation.

pharmacies to use the delivery system.
1.7 Close out
1.7.1 Reconcile Accounts and Finalize Payments
• The labor costs of closing out the project including reconciling final
accounts, reporting on final costs and closing out purchase orders and
rental agreements.
