This aticle looks at the time management aspect of engineering students and their
performance. Considering that engineering is a subject that needs a lot of attention, the
authors take a study on how time utilization defines the quality of the grades of the students
and how well they seem to be behaved mentally and also physically.

secondary school and higher education. International Journal of Adolescence and Youth,
25(1), 104-112.
The authors take a sample of students from secondary schools and another from universities.
They compare the behavior of how these students behave as far as stress is concerned. The
findings indicate that university students seem to have a higher level of stress compared to
secondary school students but this is affected by various factors within their environment.

carers of people with dementia: a review of interventions. Clinical interventions in aging,
515-523.
The authors review the various interventions taken for a family with dementia. All the
members suffer from dementia and the various interventions are found to have varying results
since each exposes the individuals to a set of different environments and therapy. It is
therefore found that self-care can affect dementia.

The authors study a group of teachers from a college in Malaysia on their emotional
intelligence ability. They differ in emotional intelligence although they teach in the same
institution. The type of subjects or courses they teach does not matter in emotional
intelligence levels.

wellness program on employee health, health beliefs, and medical use: a randomized clinical
trial. JAMA internal medicine, 180(7), 952-960.
Workplace wellness has been found to affect the health of employees and the beliefs that the
employees hold. The authors find that the work environment significantly affects their
performance and health as well as their morale.
