i am ready to release this emotion/thought/belief

past lifetimes, from my lineage, from other people, society and
dimensions.
I declare myself free and sovereign from this

resolving it if it ever shows up again in my awareness until it is
fully and completely released.
I shine the light of truth to this emotion/thought/belief

version of self, totally aligned to my soul purpose in this
