WHAT'S A PROJECT?
A PROJECT IS A UNIQUE ENDEAVOR SET IN A SPECIFIED
TIMEFRAME, TO ACHIEVE A SET OF GOALS (PRODUCT,
SERVICE: RESULT), USING SPECIFIED RESOURCES.
HOW DO WE MANAGE?
THE ART AND SCIENCE OF DELEGATING IS EXPRESSED
THROUGH SOFT AND TECHNICAL SKILLS AND
CHARACTER TRAITS. FROM INTERPERSONNAL SKILLS,
TO TECHNICAL ASSESMENT ABILITY.
THE MANAGER HAS TO BE ABLE TO ENABLE
GENERATING MORE VALUE FROM THE SYNERGY OF
PARTS, THAN THE SIMPLE SUM OF EACH QUANTA.

THAT AS ENCENTIVE TO FACILITATE THE WORK FLOW,
WHETHER IT BE INTRINSIC OR EXTRINSIC.

MONEY, JOB SAFETY, BENEFITS, REWARD,
RECOGNITION, INCLUSION, PRESTIGE...
BUT THE MOST VITAL AND NOBLEST MOTIVATION REMAINS:
