BACKGROUND
PSEUDOMONAS IS A KIND OF BACTERIA (GERM) FOUND
THROUGHOUT THE ENVIRONMENT, SUCH AS SOIL AND
WATER.
TRANSMISSION
IT CAN BE SPREAD WHEN PEOPLE HAVE A
CLOSE CONTACT WITH SOIL AND WATER
CONTAMINATED WITH THESE BACTERIA
TREATMENT
PSEUDOMONAS IS USUALLY TREATED WITH ANTIBIOTICS .
IT CAN BE TREATED WITH AN ANTIPSEUDOMONAL BETALACTAM (E.G., PENICILLIN OR CEPHALOSPORIN) AND AN
AMINOGLYCOSIDE COMBINATION
PREVENTION
PSEUDOMONAS CAN BE PREVENTED BY
REMOVING BACTERIA FROM YOUR BODY TO
THE FORM OF WASHING YOUR HANDS AND
STAYING AWAY FROM CONTAMINATED
SURFACES AF IT MAY CONTAIN THE
BACTERIA.
