Completed in Managebac. Found in the Personal
Project tab and Academic Honesty Tab.
Where it needs to go.
Complete this at the end of the project. Attach it
to the front of final report.

Each meeting stays in Managebac until your final
meeting. At your final meeting print two copies
of Academic honesty pdf (Managebac will
complete the form with all of the information
you added) have your supervisor sign and date
each copy and entry. Student needs to sign and
date each copy and entry.

Can be written, electronic, oral,
visual or combination of formats.
There is a project report template.
In the report, you discuss the
process you carried out & what
you learned from completing the
personal project.
Your report should be structured
in identifiable sections.
Possible formats for PP report:
Can be a copy of your product.
Extracts of your product.
Up to 5 still images of your
product.
 30 seconds of video of the
product.
These are short sections form your process
journal that exemplify the knowledge,
processes and skills you developed through
the project.

You have been given a template that
explains how the report should be
completed.
 Template for report can be found in
Managebac files folder, titled Writing
report template. Link to template.
 Possible formats lists can be found in
Managebac. Titled Report Formats and
exemplar examples. Link to formats
 If you are creating a video/audio report
follow the instructions in the folder in
Managebac for Video/Audio Reports.
You create evidence of your product.



Process Journal is completed in
Managebac .
Finalized and exported to a pdf in
Managebac.
Go through your journal pdf and pick
out the best 10, now cut & paste them
into your appendix.

Upload final report to Managebac, place
it in worksheet tab in Project Document
section- use add document button)

upload to Google.
Pictures/Evidence of product need to be
included in the appendices of your final paper.

Showcase form
You must include a bibliography in MLA
format. In text citations should be included
in your report when needed.
You must submit your report to turnitin for
an originality check.
This is a form that students participating in
the Personal Project Showcase need to
complete. This form lets student request
technology and electricity for the showcase
night.
Use Easy Bib or Owl Purdue to create your MLA
citations. Check out MHS Media Center page for
Citations & Plagiarism.
Your teacher will help you with this.
The Academic Honesty Video/Audio Form is
found in folder on Managebac for Video/Audio
reports. Link to form
Your English teacher will give this to you. If you
lose this come to one of the Personal Project
Teachers and they can give you one.
Last page in your report. You should have no less
than 5 citations.
This form should be the last page of your report.

Final Project Needs to Include (in this order and all of these parts need
to be in Managebac and in the copies you give to your teacher):
• Coversheet
• Table of Contents
• Report organized by Criterion- Investigating, Planning, Taking
Action, Reflection
• Bibliography/Works Cited Page in MLA
• Appendices (must be numbered and in table of contents)
• Maximum of 10 BEST process journals
• Evidence of Product (photos, no more then 5)
• Turnitin digital receipt
• Academic Honesty form
