ACTION PLAN FOR PTA PROGRAM

Brief Description and General Objectives of the Program/Project:
Elementary and Secondary Schools shall organize a Parents Teacher Association for the purpose of providing a forum for discussion of issues and solutions
related to the total school program and to ensure the full cooperation of parents in the efficient implementation of such program.
The program aims to:
1. Provide an avenue for discussing relevant concerns on the school operations.
2. Ensure proper coordination with the members of the community.
3. Provide assistance and support to the school for the promotion of common interest.
TARGET: Praxevilla Elementary School shall have organized functional PTA Organization with Action Plan, Recognition, and Proper Accounting,
Sorting and Liquidation of funds.
