Most of us have probably felt the same thing too, but you just have to place your faith in us and this document will guide you through every single step of DNA’ing in detail. This document is a project that is made by several people in the DNA community. ========================Before You Act=========================== Terms Used DNA stands for “did not arrive”. This means claiming the product never arrived and getting a refund/replacement. EB stands for “empty box”. This means claiming that the product came in an empty box ER stands for “empty return”. This means returning a clone or the same broken item back CNR stands for “can not return” and means adding a non-returnable product to the cart and claiming the entire parcel damaged, therefore getting a refund. Stores There are several things you should know before you start your DNA or EB. The most important thing is that you understand not this will n ot work on all online stores. For a comprehensive list of stores and extra information, look at these links: https://bit.ly/2WvEsBo (List 1) https://bit.ly/2wLDuSs (List 2) Remember to space out each DNA and don’t do too many of them in a row! Useful Software Companies use various tactics to make this harder for us and to stop us from making new accounts. That’s why it’s recommended to use these various software. - A VPN (Virtual Private Network) This software is used to hide your IP Address from the company in case they IP Ban you, use this when purchasing and if you want to be safe when you are browsing the website as well. Some VPNs include - OpenVPN - TunnelBear - VPNHotspot - PatronVPN - TurboVPN - And Tor (Tor is a browser that is focused on anonymity, encrypts your addresses and completely hides you ) - A VCC (Virtual Credit Card) A virtual credit card is a card you can use for purchasing that isn’t your actual credit card. This is useful in case the company blacklists your card. For US, use blur or privacy.com, for UK, use Revolut. Risks: If the company catches on, your address, credit card, IP address, MAC address , and/or account may be blacklisted. In serious cases, if the amount taken is over the felony theft amount, prosecution though extremely rarely. Too many DNAs may also result in the delivery company delivering to their closest location rather than your house. Amazon’s Warnings and Flags (Unknown Author): Okay, so as some of you might have heard, Amazon has a flagging system. There are three flags you can receive, those will be automatically placed on your account by amazons fraud detection system. It’s a simple system really; let me break it down for you. The Yellow Flag This flag is automatically placed on your account after a refund higher than $100 is requested. The Orange Flag Okay, so imagine you’ve refunded a $100 item and you try to refund another item of lower cost or higher within a 7 day period of the first refund. That is when the orange flag is placed on your account. Once it’s there, your account automatically gets looked into by the Amazon CIS team. Those people are probably most educated out of the whole amazon support team and they will find all the links you to your other accounts which you may have left behind. If they determine that you constantly abuse their policies, they will blacklist the following: - your IP address - your Payment Card information (including the billing address), - your delivery address, - your phone number - and your browser information such as cookies and possibly your MAC address (some say that amazon can also see your MAC address but there is no proof as to whether this is true or not) The Red Flag Amazons final and deadliest flag. So imagine you refunded more than one $100 item within a 7-day timeframe. Now, one of the two things can happen: 1. If your account was not linked to any other account closed for whatever reason, had lots of legit orders and was relatively old, the CIS team will send you an email notifying you that they’ve noticed a high amount of returns/refunds on your account. Treat this as a warning; wipe the account clean and open a fresh one but make sure to open it from a brand new IP. I recommend creating it from a different computer altogether due to the fact that it’s unclear whether they can actually see your MAC address or not. You can also spoof it but that is for you to research. 2. If your account was found to be linked to any other account closed for abuse of policies, you will automatically be blacklisted. What this means is that Amazon will close any account containing the information you have used on your closed account. USPS/FedEx/UPS/Shipping Companies: Warnings and Flags (Credit to sicurri#6442) So, when you first DNA, it will set off an initial flag that the package didn't arrive, and it’s basically just to mark that its occurred before. This will also flag your address for the package carrier as well. Amazon is one of the few companies that doesn't rely on normal package carriers like UPS, USPS, DHL or Fedex though if there are no Amazon distribution centers nearby, they’ll use third party carriers. However, most of their 3rd party package carriers have gotten into the habit of taking pictures of the package on your doorstep. Whether an Amazon package carrier/van delivers or not depends entirely on where you live, sometimes they don't have a fulfillment center close enough to you to use their own, or a 3rd party package carrier. When not using Amazon however, and DNAing another company, you can tell by checking shipping costs on checkout who will be delivering your package, and can actually in a lot of cases choose preference as to who delivers it. Blacklist When blacklisted by a shipping company they will still deliver the packages, just not to your house, they will deliver to the closest location they have, whether that's a UPS store, or a UPS distribution center. When they do that, you need a government issued ID, and have to sign for it. Same for FedEx, DHL, or USPS. When they blacklist you, there's no DNAing it, it's game over for that address, and name. Precautions you can take: Create new accounts, use new email addresses, use Privacy.com for credit card numbers if your in the U.S., otherwise use different Credit cards when switching accounts. Most importantly, use different addresses. use different names or a different variation on your name. For example your name is John Smith, use Jon Smith, or J Smith, or Johnathan Smith, or misspell Smith as Smiht, or something like that. When doing addresses, if you can't use someone else's address to deliver your packages, sometimes the mail delivery system will use a different city name but still deliver to your address. For example 123 coconut street, Miami Gardens Florida 33301 is your address, it can still be delivered if you change it to 123 Coconut Street, Miami Florida 33301. Not a real address but it gives you the idea. For me, I live in a city near Ft Lauderdale Florida, if I put my city for 1 DNA, and put Ft. Lauderdale for another, it still comes to my house. You can also miss spell the address names as well. Use ST instead of Street, or whatever. EB, DNA, ER, or CNR? Which One to Use?: What you use really depends on the situation. EB should not be used unless for a specific store. ERs are only confirmed to be working on Amazon and are less risky but more restrictive than normal DNAs. ERs can be used to replace a broken item. If you need the item in a hurry, CNR (not completely confirmed to be working yet) as you will get a near instant refund, and if you have time, the most reliable option would be DNA. Products that are Good for Reselling: - Nintendo Switches - Go Pros - iPads - AirPods - Computer Parts - iPhones Precautions: In order to not get blacklisted by companies, there are basic precautions you should do. These include: - Tuning on VPNs - Using a VCC - Multiple Addresses to ship to - Not doing DNA’s too often - Spoofing your Mac Address - - Semi easy, just google Mac Address Spoofer Use different devices to order on (Using different Mac Addresses) - Making legit purchases in between each haul - Using an aged Amazon account with purchases How Often Can I Do These? Do not overdo DNA or any scams too often. At most twice a month per address for 2 stores. You could do multiple stores a month but that adds extra risk to getting blacklisted Using a Neighbors Address: If needed, you can use a neighbors address to ship to, then just knock on their door and say something like “hey did someone accidentally deliver a package here?” etc. =================BASIC GUIDES=================== Please note it will vary from order to order and nothing is guaranteed. You are doing this at your own risk. All of these guides originate from Discord and cover most companies Basic/Condensed DNA Guide: (Credit to kieran#5963) 1) Choose your item to order and check which retailer to use, please refer to the link above. Check the price and item limits to ensure you aren't at risk - if using Amazon it is best to keep your order under $500 - some websites will be more successful if you have account history with them, so keep that in mind. 2) Place an order as you normally would 3) On delivery if required, sign with a fake name - do not ctact support on delivery, wait 1-2 ondays after before contacting. If a company makes use of Indian offices (via chat or phone) then check what time it is 10 am in India for your local time and contact then Indian chat reps have proved to be easier to offer refunds. DO NOT mention a refund or replacement at any time. Play the victim and wait for it to be offered to you. 4) Some companies may open an investigation, these rarely ever go anywhere so do not panic, however you should keep us updated in #investigations in the Discord with the methods they use, to allow us to constantly improve our tactics. 5) it will depend from retailer to retailer when you receive your refund, but assuming you performed all the previous steps correctly, it is likely you will receive it within the month. 6) IF the retailer decides to not give you a refund or finds that the item did arrive, there is not much you can do - however, with some retailers you will still be able to return that item for a full refund. Empty Box Guide: (Credit to kieran#5963) Why EB? There are some situations where an EB is preferable to a DNA, this could be for multiple reasons and will vary. however, the first two steps are identical to the did not arrive guide. EBs are typically riskier and harder to pull off than traditional DNAs, as such if you have no reason to use it, we recommend using the DNA method. 1) Choose your item to order and check which retailer to use, check the price and item limits to ensure you aren't at risk - if using Amazon it is best to keep your order under $500 some websites will be more successful if you have account history with them, so keep that in mind. 2) Place an order as you normally would 3) If the order requires you to sign, you are fine to do so. It is preferable to contact support quickly after arrival. 4) Depending on the retailer you may be asked to provide images - if so you can simply provide images of the box with the product taken out, if you want to add believability then you can beat up/tear the box - after this process an investigation may be opened. 5) wait for the investigation to conclude and if followed correctly you are likely to receive a refund. Empty Returns Guide: (Credit to kieran#5963) Empty Returns are not returning an empty box! Returns are a method much less risky, however much more restricted than traditional DNAs Currently this is only confirmed to work on Amazon, however, you are welcome to test it and update us 1) Find an item you own the same/near identical version of. Ensure that these items are either the same or completely indistinguishable from one another. 2) Order that identical item and wait for delivery. 3) When delivered take note of how the item is packaged (i recommend taking pics), and then take your items out, along with any accessories you want - keep in mind these will need replacing too, so do not open any sealed bags. 4) Repackage the item you wish to return and open a return - try to avoid return reasons that require inputting anything, and stick to the most vague options. 5) You should be given a post label, simply return the item as if it were the original! Cannot Be Returned Guide: (Credit to iFireMaster#0663) CBR - Cannot Be Returned is a method where you order multiple items along with an item that cannot be returned. The requirements for a CBR item are written as: "Hazardous materials, including flammable liquids or gases are not returnable to Amazon. Pet food and similar products are not returnable to Amazon, but may be refundable." This seems to be a good method to get multiple small items at once in one order, however, as it is a new method the limits are completely unknown 1) Find the items you wish to get - along with an item that fits the criteria above. 2) Place your order as you normally would 3) Upon arrival contact support and say that the items have been damaged - if they ask for a return you tell them that due to the policy you are unable to return one of the items. 4) After the previous step they may put you on hold for some time, after which you may find you are eligible for a refund/replacement. Please keep in the ‘Cannot be returned’ method is incredibly new and untested, this is in no way guaranteed to work and will have to be tested by users of this discord, then the guide will be updated with more information. =================DETAILED GUIDES=================== These guides are made from interviewing people who have successfully pulled off their method or from an online method Amazon Amazon DNA Guide: (Credits to the DNA Community) 1) Go on Amazon.com and choose the object you want, preferably with a VPN on. Try to avoid small third-party companies as they’ll fight for every claim 2) Add it to the cart and check it out as you normally would, check it out with your card or your VCC 3) (Optional) Contact Amazon live chat right away and ask them if you could opt out of the photo on delivery, use some excuse like “I don’t like people taking pictures in my house” or something like that. The support should be happy to opt you out 4) Once it arrives at your house, wait 1-2 days 5) Search what time in your timezone is 10 AM in India and contact Amazon live chat during then, that way you have a lenient Indian support person. 6) Play the victim and act like you know nothing, if you need help with this, please scroll to “What do I say?” 7) After that, the support team should give you a complete refund which will arrive in a few days and/or start an investigation. In addition, there’s a high chance they’ll contact the carrier team/service, don’t panic (For details on the investigation, go to “Investigations”. 8) If the refund is not approved, there isn’t much you can do. However, you can try to refund the product back to Amazon. What do I say? Do NOT mention getting a refund or replacement. Let the agent themselves bring it up to you. Beforehand, just talk about how you don’t know where the package is and play the moron/victim. If you want a refund rather than a replacement, just say that would prefer a refund rather than a replacement. An Amazon Live Chat: (Courtesy of The Noob#3134) This is a real example of an Amazon live chat: https://pastebin.com/DYaD2PqL Pros: - Reliable - Most documented method Cons: - Support may tell you to wait a few more days, delaying the process - You have to wait a few days before contacting support - Companies have logs of when they deliver - Can only do 1 or 2 times Verdict: The most reliable and well documented method by far. This method is the most commonly used by all people and is successful most of the time. Do NOT use many times ON THE SAME ADDRESS, delivery companies keep logs. Amazon EB Guide: (Courtesy of u/CrossingPanda) 1). Go on Amazon.com and choose the object you want, preferably with a VPN on. Try to avoid small third-party companies as they’ll fight for every claim 2). Add it to the cart and check it out as you normally would, check it out with your card or your VCC 3). Once it arrives at your house, wait until around 10:00 AM in India then contact support 4). Claim that you got an empty box and that you’re disappointed with shopping with Amazon. Play the victim. 5). They will usually refund right away. What do I say? Do NOT mention getting a refund or replacement. Let the agent themselves bring it up to you. Act like you are disappointed in Amazon’s services and shocked about it. They should bring up the refund/replacement themselves. If you want a refund rather than a replacement, just say that would prefer a refund rather than a replacement. An Amazon Live Chat: (Courtesy of u/CrossingPanda) This is a real example of an Amazon live chat: https://pastebin.com/7ki1YcS3 Pros: - Refunds are given out on the same day - You can contact the company the day of receiving the package - Can be used in case of signature - Can do many times Cons: - Riskier than a DNA - Companies may weigh their packages before shipping Verdict: Don’t use an empty box unless you are willing to take a risk in exchange for a faster refund. A DNA is almost always preferable, even when there is a signature. Only use for specific scenarios Amazon ER Guide: 1) Order an item on Amazon normally, a VPN and CVV is not required but use if you want extra protection 2) Once it arrives, carefully open it, and study how the item is packaged, take pictures as you will need to put the packaging back later 3) Take your clone, broken item or extremely similar and replace the item inside the box 4) Return as you would normally, be vague about return reason. Pros: - Least riskiest method to use - Can be used to replace broken items - Pretty reliable as well Cons: - Has less freedom than a traditional DNA - Can only be used in specific situations Verdict: An ER is mainly used to return broken items. For example, you could order an xBox controller and swap it out for a broken one, then return it. Doesn’t have much versatility but can be used in certain situations Amazon CNR Guide: (Courtesy of iFireMaster#0663) This method was discovered by iFireMaster, all credit belongs to him. This method is not completely confirmed yet and we need more users to try it out before confirming it works 1) Add some items you want into your cart with a VPN 2) Find an item that is not returnable such as dog food and add it to the cart 3) Order the items with a VCC and wait for it to arrive 4) After receiving the parcel, contact Amazon live support and claim that the entire parcel/package was damaged on arrival. Act like an upset customer and complain that you have never seen damage this bad 5) They will most likely either refund you now, send you a replacement, or tell you to return it. If it’s the refund, then good. If it’s the replacement, ask if you could get a refund as you are no longer comfortable with packages and if they ask you to return it, say that you can’t return one of the items (the dog food in our case) and they should give you a refund. What do I say? Do NOT mention getting a refund or replacement. Let the agent themselves bring it up to you. Act like you are upset and appalled by the amount of damage on the parcel. If they give you a replacement, either take it or ask for a refund by saying that you aren’t comfortable using their shipping anymore and if they ask you to return it, say that you can’t as one of the items was non-returnable. Pros: - Fastest way to get a refund other than EB - Can be versatile Cons: - It is not completely confirmed to be working yet - Reliability is unknown Verdict: Extremely iffy about this one. Has only been used by one person, need more to truly confirm it. Not completely sure if it’s proven to work. Again, DNA is preferred but if you want to take the risk, use this one. Amazon Partials Guide: (0337#0337) This method was given to us by 0337 (he’s no longer in the Discord server). 1) Put what you want with a VPN into a cart. Buy TWO of the item you want with a CVV 2) Scenarios: A. The delivery man takes a picture of the package on delivery a. Instead of waiting 1-2 days, you should be good by waiting a few hours until 10:00 AM in India, just talk about how the picture was taken but the package wasn’t there B. The package requires a signature a. Sign with a fake name and claim it didn’t arrive like normal. b. EB the package Investigations: (Credit to sicurri#6442) Before I begin, I would just like to give extra credit to sicurri, took me a while to find someone who has dealt with investigations! Now to the point. Investigations are not what they say they are. The police are rarely involved in any way. They only send a report to the cops if they suspect criminal activity, but it’s not a huge priority for them. Basically they log into their own little system, where they can search your account for general information like email address, home address, phone number, CC#, names, and order numbers. When they get a call or chat they already have your information but most times they ask for an order number anyways. They mostly just look through your profile. Once they have your account up, they see account history, status like Amazon Prime, and your name, address, etc. To deal with these investigations, just stay calm and stick to your story. If they ask you to file a police report, do so, they usually don't have any evidence on you. Food Delivery UberEats Food DNA: (Credit to Jenz#9966) Not confirmed to work yet Uber Eats is probably one of the easiest stores to refund. Today I’ll show you an updated method which will allow you to eat unlimited for free. First, here are the rules ALWAYS follow if you want to make the method work : - No more than 2 refunds/account (i’ll show you how to create unlimited accounts) - No more than 2 times the same CC or VCC (i’ll show you how to get unlimited VCCs) 1) First we need a phone number : Register on https://onlinesim.ru/en 2) Then go to “Receive SMS”, then Russia, then scroll down on the list on the right until you see Uber. 3) Purchase an Uber number for like $0.05 4) Copy the phone number to your clipboard Don’t close your onlinesim.ru tab !! (important) 5) Go to Uber Eats website, register using the Russian number you just bought 6) Open your onlinesim.ru tab and copy the 4 digits you received from Uber 7) Finish signing up using a fake name and fake email from https://10minutemail.com/ 8) Download Revolut app on your smartphone or go on privacy.com 9) Register, verify your account 10) Link your real credit card, add enough funds to pay your meal 11) Order what you want from Uber Eats and enjoy your meal! 12) Once you've finished your food go onto the uber eats app and go to "Help", "Issue with past order" then "I didn't receive my order". 13) Then they'll ask to explain more details, You can literally put "I didn't get my food" or "I didn't get my order" and you'll be good. If they ask, precise that your delivery man didn’t attempt to contact you 14) Next you'll either be given a full refund back to your paypal or they would've messaged you something like "We see you contacted shortly after your order was delivered". If they say that just put "I was watching the food tracker and it said delivered when I never received my order." or they might say "To avoid any confusion, Can you confirm if whether if you received the order or not". If they reply with that obviously just reply with "I didn't receive my order" 15) Next they should message you back with "We're so sorry for the inconvenience, We've given you a full refund" Postmates: (Credits to The Noob#3134) Postmates is by far the easiest food service to DNA as you don’t need to chat to a human. They refund 100% in 1 to 3 business days and you do not need to chat with anyone. 1) Order your item using a VCC and VPN 2) After it’s delivered and you select "Help" and it will give the option to complain about the order. 3) There will be 2 options, there are 2 options, did not receive this item or did not order this item. You select did not order and complain about something like " I ordered fries and got onion rings. Why am I paying for something I didn't ask for? I want a refund", then do that for every item you ordered and you will be issued a full refund. Nike Nike is no longer worth it, they do give out investigations often, but it’s nothing to worry about. 1) Order your item on the shop like normal, remember a VCC and a VPN are both recommended 2) =================Other Info=================== FAQ: Q: Can my address be blacklisted for this?
