ABSTRACT
An automatic vertical wall painting machine that
uses a chain drive with a 12V DC motor connected to a roller
can provide efficient and automated painting of vertical walls.
The chain drive is used to transmit motion from the motor to the
roller, which can be moved up and down the wall using a guide
mechanism.
The painting tank is attached to the top of the
machine, and the tank is connected to the roller. The roller is
designed to rotate and distribute the paint evenly on the surface
of the wall. The 12V DC motor with a geared system can
provide the necessary torque to drive the chain and roller at a
controlled speed, which helps to ensure consistent paint
The automatic vertical wall painting machine is

can interconvert electric energy and mechanical energy.
When it is operated as a DC motor, electric energy is
converted into mechanical energy.they two mtor can be used
.the speed is 30 rpm the brand name is johonsn gear motor.
The advandage motor high torque and low speed.
Chain drive
It is a way of transmitting mechanical power
from one place to another. It is often used
to convey power to the wheels of a vehicle,
particularly bicycles and motorcycles. It is also used in a
wide variety of machines besides vehicles.the chain used
for power.
PAINTING TANK
The best paint to use for coating polyethylene is
an exterior latex house paint or an elastomeric paint that
maintains its flexibility even when dry. This will allow the
tank to expand and contract without chipping or tearing
the paint. capacity is 1 liter.
GEAR SPROCKET
Sprocket are toothed wheels whose teeth
engage the links of chains or belts. Sprockets
are distinguished from gears in that sprockets
are never meshed together directly. There are several
different types of sprockets, including silent chain, roller,
and ladder sprockets
