On receipt of documents under the above LC the following discrepancies has been observed.
1. GOODS IN LR NOT CONSIGNED TO PNB LCB BANGALORE
2.MANUAL AMENDMENT DONE IN LR
3.INSURANCE NOT ENDORSED IN BLANK OR IN BANKS NAME
4.NON IBA APPROVED TRANSPORTER
The party has given acceptance for the above discrepancies and undertaken to provide funds on due
date .The party has requested us to send acceptance message MT 752, acceptance of documents
under ILC sent in case of clean documents, for the above.
