System checkout and acceptance testing shall be included as part of this contract.
Contractor shall provide a signed document to the owner when all points are installed and this document
shall include a statement to the effect that all points have been verified to exist and proven to be 100%
operational.
Contractor shall provide a signed document to the owner stating what programs are provided and that the
operation of each has been tested and proven to operate 100% without error.
