PRODUCTION WORKFLOW
1) Order is received from the production planning department, e-bike materials are drawn to
the assembly area to start the assembly process.
2) Chassis number is written on the chassis.
3) Chassis label in accordance with the written chassis
number,attached to the chassis
4) Handlebars are mounted on the numbered chassis.
5) Display, gear mechanism, brake levers and horn are
mounted on the steering wheel.
6) The steering wheels, which are ready for assembly, are
mounted on the chassis.
7) The steering wheel is made ready for electrical connection
by drawing the electrical wiring on the mounted chassis.
8) Rear fender is mounted on the rear part of the chassis with
electrical connections. Rear fender is mounted on the rear
part of the electrically connected chassis.
9) Gearbox is assembled and made ready for chain assembly.
10) After the rear of the chassis is ready for assembly, the
front fender assembly is mounted.
11) Front headlights are installed.

brake center rope.
21) The brain (main board) and cable connections of the
electrically installed vehicle are made.
22) The electrical components are checked by assembling the
battery to the vehicle with electrical connections.
23) Chain assembly is done.
24) The gear shift settings and general controls of the vehicle with the
chain attached are made and sent to the final control test area.
25) Vehicles whose assembly processes have been completed are tested
in the final control test area according to our final control test forms
prepared in accordance with ISO quality standards.
26) Last checked vehicles are sent to the labeling department for
brand labeling and their labels are made.
27) ) Bicycles whose labeling process is completed are kept in a room
with a temperature of 30°C for at least 3 hours to dry the paint
and labels.
28) Bicycles that have been labeled are taken to the packaging area
and cleaned.
29) Bicycles that have been cleaned; It is protected so that both the
vehicle label and paint and the electronic and mechanical parts of
the vehicle are not damaged during shipment.
30) vehicles, whose cleaning and vehicle protection processes are
completed, are folded and made ready for packing
31) Bicycles placed in the parcel are fixed to the parcel, preventing
the vehicle from moving in the parcel during shipment
32) Bicycles that are placed in a box and packed are made ready for
shipment by strapping them with a box strip.
33) Bicycles that are ready for shipment are kept in the stock area.
