TEMPORARY CONTRACT ON THE USE OF THE TINGUB HIGH SCHOOL’S
COVERED COURT
This contract provides that all organizers/players must adhere to the management’s
regulations on the use of the covered court. To wit:
THAT the use of the covered court is a privilege given ONLY to the lessee/renter on a given period
of time; and such privilege is limited only to sports & recreational activities.

THAT the lessee/renter is only entitled to the provision above. Lessee’s/renter’s vehicles are not
part of the provision and that it is NOT the management’s responsibility to provide for its parking
spaces; thus, lessees/renters may park anywhere outside the school’s vicinity at their own risks.

THAT such privilege is solely for the lessee’s/renter’s team to take advantage of. Outsiders or
anyone NOT part of the activity whose intention is to be a spectator is strictly not allowed.

THAT everyone entering the school’s premises is subject to inspection/frisking; and that any
irregularities found out (such as but not limited to: sharp objects, weapons, life-threatening
items) may become ground/s for non-admission.

THAT lessee/renter cannot enter the school vicinity and start the activity (e.g. GAMES) without
paying the stipulated rental fee first at the entrance. This is a NO PAY/NO PLAY policy.

THAT safety, cleanliness, and orderliness must be observed at all times during the course of the
activity. Any defiance or non-adherence to this provision may be ground/s for non-renewal/nonadmission in the future.

THAT the management has the right to postpone, cancel, or retract any scheduled activity of the
lessee; should there be any scholastic or civic-related activities that might not have been
scheduled in advance.

admission, hence a payment must be made first, according to the corresponding fee stipulated
below. Moreover, I also fully understand that there is a need to abide by the management’s
regulations at all times in the entire course of our activity.
