Product Description
The Enerpac SCH­603H single­acting cylinder pump set includes the P­80 two­speed hydraulic hand pump and a RCH­603 sixty­ton capacity
hollow plunger hydraulic cylinder for pushing and pulling in intermittent and non­repetitive construction, manufacturing, and maintenance
and repair applications. The P­80 hand pump has an internal pressure relief valve that protects against overload. The two­speed pump
requires fewer handle strokes to move a load than a similarly rated single­speed pump, increasing productivity. The vent­free reservoir
helps prevent oil from spilling and is for use in non­vented applications. The pump can be operated in either the horizontal or vertical
position. The steel body resists corrosion and wear, and the chrome­plated plunger and wiper system help extend the life of the pump. An
ergonomically designed grip helps reduce operator hand fatigue, and the pump has a built­in carrying handle for transport. The set also
includes a 6’ safety hose, a 65­ton hydraulic force and pressure gauge, and 1/4" gauge adaptor to connect to the pump’s 3/8" National Pipe
Taper (NPT) threads port.

horizontal distance from back to front.
Hydraulic pumps lift, bolt, or apply pressure to objects by pressurizing and moving hydraulic fluid. A hydraulic pump consists of a base, a
reservoir that holds hydraulic fluid, and an operating mechanism, such as a handle or foot pedal, an electric motor, compressed air, or a
gasoline engine. When the operating mechanism is activated, pressurized hydraulic fluid from the reservoir is delivered through an
attached hose to a hydraulic cylinder. The pressurized hydraulic fluid in the cylinder lifts the cylinder’s piston, which in turn lifts the load.
Hydraulic hand pumps are usually made of steel, or aluminum and nylon, and can be single­speed or two­speed. They are used in a wide
range of applications, such as construction, manufacturing, and maintenance and repair applications in both industrial and home settings.

solutions for bridge construction, mining, shipbuilding, and other industries. The company, founded in 1959, is headquartered in
Menominee Falls, WI.
