The steam for ejector and GSC is from the main steam with orifice plate No steam ejector No condensate Piping from Condenser Hotwell to Deaerator Inlet. No control valve in the recirculation piping line because the condenser pump is VFD controled. Water ejector is selected in our proposal. The pipes are from hotwell to AQC boilers' hot water stage,and then go to dearator. The cooling water and DM water is not in the scope. Should be discuss during meeting. For AQC Boiler: the outlet headers of superheater and economizer are arranged outside of boiler, but the evaporators and inlet headers of superheater and economizer of boiler are arranged inside the Safety ruuning and sealing of boiler can be boiler(in the flue gas path). confirmed. For SP Boiler: the outlet headers of superheater is arranged outside, but the evaporators and inlet headers of superheater are arranged inside the boiler(in the flue gas path). No blow down provisions with regulating valves in this system. No traps with valves in our system. there is no sampling connections in steam drum. The sampling point is on the steam/water pipes No soot blower provision in WHRB economizer. For AQC boiler, de-dust chamber is installed in the bottom of boiler, and for SP boiler, mechanism hammering system is installed. For AQC boiler, one common dosing system is set for HP and LP steam stage. Motorized control valve and Motorized stop valve will be supplied. No bypass motorized valve in feed water station. No HP heater and LP heater in this system. The condenser will be designed as per GB standard. The hotwell capacity will be 1min. The oxygen content will be not exceed 0.05ppm This should be as per manufacture. For the platforms, walkways and ladders for boilers should be discussed during meeting. Louver type dampers are used in PH boiler inlet duct and bypass duct. Louver type dampers are used in boiler inlet , outlet and bypass duct. If the diameter of duct is more than 3000mm, the thickness is 8mm, otherwise the thickness is 6mm.
