The condenser hotwell capacity shall be minimum 3 min between normal
and low level when maximum steam is condensed.
The condenser shall be of designed so that the oxygen content of the
condensate leaving the condenser shall not exceed 0.02 ppm
Suitably designed expansion bellow made out of stainless steel shall be
provided between the turbine exhaust and the condenser, to allow for
thermal expansion of the turbine exhaust hood.

Note
For AQC boiler, the de-duster chamber is installed at the
bottom of AQC boiler.
For SP boiler, there is no de-duster, and the tube is
plain tube.
Desuperheaters for superheater temperature
control along with motorised control valves.
The desuperheater system is just designed for
AQC boiler main steam stage. For SP and AQC
boiler LP superheater, there is no desuperheater
system.
Motorized control valve and Motorized stop valve
will be supplied. No bypass motorized valve in feed
water station.
Hammering system is only designed for SP boiler.
No discharge safety valve is dosing system.
No motor operated intergral bypass valve and non
return valve is main steam piping.

The de-duster chamber is installed at the bottom
of AQC boiler, so there is no gauges at outlet of deduster.
There si no LP heater and HP heater
There is no overhead oil tank with SS valves and
fittings.
No PRDS for ejectors and gland sealing steam.
The steam for ejector and GSC is from the main
steam with orifice plate
No steam ejector
No condensate Piping from Condenser Hotwell to
Deaerator Inlet.
No control valve in the recirculation piping line
because the condenser pump is VFD controled.
Water ejector is selected in our proposal.
The pipes are from hotwell to AQC boilers' hot
water stage,and then go to dearator.

scope.

The Casing sheet minimum thickness will be 5 mm
with 1mm corrosion allowance.
Internal liners are just designed for expansions in
AQC boiler inlet duct.
No soot removal arrangement in WHRBs. For AQC
boiler, de-dust chamber is installed in the bottom of
boiler, and for SP boiler, mechanism hammering
system is installed.
For AQC boiler, one common dosing system is set
for HP and LP steam stage.
Motorized control valve and Motorized stop valve
will be supplied. No bypass motorized valve in feed
water station.
No HP heater and LP heater in this system.
The condenser will be designed as per GB
standard.
The hotwell capacity will be 1min.
The oxygen content will be not exceed 0.05ppm
