Dan Allen J. Purificacion 1. For you, what is the meaning of life? As for me the meaning of life is grounded in the belief that human beings were created by God with a purpose and a destiny. This purpose is to know, love, and serve God, and to live a life that is consistent with His teachings and values. Human beings are called to develop their relationship with God through prayer, worship, and living a virtuous life. Ultimately, the goal of life is to attain eternal happiness with God in heaven, where one can experience perfect love, joy, and peace. 2. How can you share what you are and what you have in order not to be a “fool”? b. “The soul to whom you said: You have abundant goods, shall be demanded from you today and it lacks every good. Despise these goods and let it be good, so that when it is demanded from you, it may come out secure” (s. 107, 6). For me to avoid being a "fool," one can share their wealth and possessions with generosity and compassion towards others. This can involve volunteering, donating, or simply being kind and supportive to those around you. By prioritizing love and relationships over material possessions, one can live a fulfilling and meaningful life, and ensure that their soul will be secure when they are called to account for their actions. 3. If you were to die today, what accounting would you give to God? It is important to strive to live a life that is consistent with our values and beliefs, to love and serve others, and to seek forgiveness and reconciliation when we fall short. Ultimately, the accounting that I can give to God will depend on the choices I make and the way we live our lives, and it is up to me to decide what kind of legacy I want to leave behind. 4. How can you live with prudence? Living with prudence involves making wise and discerning decisions, based on careful consideration of the consequences of our actions. This requires cultivating a sense of self-awareness and mindfulness and being intentional about our choices and behaviors. It also involves seeking guidance and wisdom from trusted sources, such as mentors, advisors, or spiritual leaders, and being open to learning and growth. By living with prudence, we can navigate life's challenges with wisdom and integrity, and create a fulfilling and meaningful life for ourselves and those around us.
