I have over 7 years of experience in providing exceptional technical support to customers, as
evident from my work history. As a Level 2 Support at Sykes Asia Inc., supporting At&t
customers in the US, I assisted subscribers in resolving billing concerns, troubleshooting mobile
devices, and provided the best mobile plans to customers based on their usage. I also ensured
customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and effective solutions to their issues, and
successfully handled escalation calls to ensure customer retention.
During my tenure at Amazon Operations Services Philippines, I excelled in providing technical
support via phone and chat channels. I answered customer inquiries, guided them in managing
their Amazon accounts, and resolved issues with Kindle devices, mobile phones, and home
appliances that support Alexa voice command. I ensured that all customer concerns were
addressed promptly and accurately, minimizing repeat contacts and enhancing customer

In my most recent role at TDCX Philippines, I was an Apple Chat support. I provided technical
support through chat channels, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, providing
warranty details and information, and supporting all Apple devices, including Mac computers. I
also effectively routed non-technical issues to the appropriate departments, ensuring a
seamless customer experience.
I possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and I am proficient in using
various customer support tools and software. I am also highly skilled in problem-solving and
