 In one way or another, each person in the society is
directly or indirectly affected by technology whether we
like it or not.
 Most people survive their daily lives with great reliance to
the different technological advancements already
available to the masses.
 Technology is already an inevitable part of the society.

of necessity.
Art is no longer the topic.
Concepts like machine and tools
were attached.

1.TELEVISION
According to Kantar Media, in the Philippines,
92% of urban homes and 70% of rural homes
own at least one television set.
BACKGROUND:

 Used anywhere and anytime for different purposes other
than communication.
 Considered a must-have technology.
 More than half of the Filipino population own at least
one mobile phone regardless of type.
BACKGROUND
• Martin Cooper made the worlds' first
mobile phone call in April 3, 1973.
-Characteristics of Mobile Phone used by
Martin Cooper:
√Weight. 1.1 kg.
√Measurement. 228.6x127x44.4 mm.
√Capable of 30 minutes talk time
√It took 10 hours to charge.
• In 1983, Motorola made their first
commercial mobile phone available to the
public known as the Motorola Dyna TAC
8000x.

by computer and

• In 19th Century, Charles Babbage
designed the Analytical Engine, which
was used as the basic framework of the
computers even until the present time.
- Computer- its first design was so big
that it could occupy whole floors of
buildings.
- Laptops- transition from computer.
• OS borne 1 was the first true portable
computer that was released in April 1981
which started the evolution of laptops.

2. Moral dilemma
- people, especially children who are not capable

right or wrong are freely exposed to different
things on these technologies without restrictions.
