1.1 Introduction :
The Project Is Entitled As “Advanced Milk Corporation” Is Designed To
Convert The Manually Day –To-Day Dairy Routine Into Digital Way With Security. This
Project Is Used To Reduce The Human Efforts By Making Everything Computerized.
The Main Purpose Of The Application Is Reaching Our Products To Maximum People
1.2 Objective Of The Project :
The Main Objective Of The Application Is To Automate The Existing System Of Manually
Maintain The Records Of Customers, Suppliers And Milk Distributor Along With Milk Related
Records With Billing System. Some Other Functionalities Of The
Project Are As Follows:1)Menu-These Module Can Include Many Dairy Products With Their Verity Which Contains The
Product Name, Prize And Availiblity Of That Product.
2) Order And Payment-These Module Include Order Details And According To Details We Make
Payment As Cash On Delivery And Debit Card Mode.
3) Recommendation-In These Module We Compare The Qualities Of Two Product And Customer
Can Get Right Choice In Less Time.
4) Billing System-In These Module We Make The Bill Receipt Of Our Products To Records Which
Is Beneficial For Online And Offline Customer .
1.3 Scope Of The Project :
The Project Named “Advanced Milk Corporations” Aims At Implementing Software For
Maintaining The Basic And Regular Work With Systematic Manner With The Help Of
Computerized System. The Traditional Manual Methods Of Calculation Of Rate Of Consignment,
Creating Periodical Reports, Billing Etc Are Made Easier, Faster And Accurate In The Proposed
System. The Ultimate Aim Is To Ensurethe Smooth And Efficient Functioning Of The Courier
Company By Managing Itsresources And Utilities Effectively.

Don’t Fulfill The Customer’s Requirements And Their Need Of Supplies In Time, We Have To
Make All Payment Details Manually Or Separately Etc.

Improved Facilities. We Are Developing A Dynamic Web Application. Using This We
Can Interact Very Easily With Customers, Suppliers. It Reduce Manual Efforts Related
Data Or Records.
With The Help Of Our Application Now We Can Manage All The Operations
Easily With Perfection Like We Can Manage All The Distributer, Supplier And Customer
Records In Secure Database Which Can Be Accessed Easily, We Can Also Track Payment
Transaction Directly From Our Panel Also We Supplies The Details About Our Product.
We Place Order And Recommendation Facility On Customer Panel.

2.3 :Feasibility Study :
Introduction:

corporation’ project. This study will assess the technical, financial, and operational feasibility of
the project.
Technical Feasibility:
The technical feasibility of the project will involve the evaluation of the necessary hardware,
software, and infrastructure required to implement the project. This will include the availability
and compatibility of data sources, the capabilities of the selected data visualization tools, and the
required technical expertise to implement the project. Based on the preliminary research, the
technical feasibility of the project appears to be high, with numerous data sources available, and a
range of data visualization tools to choose from.
Financial Feasibility:
The financial feasibility of the project will involve evaluating the project's budget, revenue
potential, and return on investment. The cost of data visualization tools, data cleaning and
preparation, and technical expertise will be considered in this analysis.
Conclusion:
Based on the analysis of technical, financial, and operational feasibility, the ‘advanced milk
corporation’ project appears to be a viable and potentially valuable initiative. However, it will
require careful planning, budgeting, and consideration of legal and ethical considerations.

Modules Of Project :
1) MENU : in this module, we include the dairy product . our main intention is show the product
present in a dairy . so customer can buy easily.
2) RECOMMENDATION: in this modul the customer can see the varities of any product and
buy easily. this recommendation module compare the two brands and suggest the customer to buy
a right product as they want at right time .
3) ORDER : in this module , the customer chooed product are placed in a list format , with their
details.
4) PAYMENT : in this module customer can pay the payment for the product which purched
by them .
5)BILL : in this module the bill is created by owner for the product handover. the bill is recorded
so, the customer know the every details about the transaction .
