Develop well your answers Given : K-12 education program has brought many positive changes to the education system, it has also faced several issues that are worth discussing. Here are some of the key issues facing the K-12 program: 1.Implementation Challenges: One of the biggest issues with the K-12 program is the challenge of implementation. Many schools and teachers struggle to adapt to the new curriculum and teaching methods, which can lead to a lack of consistency in the quality of education across different regions and schools. ANSWER: During the process of curriculum implementation, we find obstacles that vary with the curriculum itself, location, political situation, economic situation, teacher preparation, facilities and plenty other factors, making it more complex to execute. The implementation of K-12 Program find some Insufficient learning materials such as books and readers guides, more than one preparation for DLL's, and lack of laboratories and other teaching and learning facilities, difficulties in assessing Student-Transferee from other educational institution offering different subjects, more than one preparation for DLL's. 2.Funding: The K-12 program requires a significant amount of resources to implement effectively. However, many schools struggle to access the necessary funds to support their programs, resulting in inadequate resources, outdated facilities, and limited access to technology. ANSWER: K-12 program needs a big budget to implement. That’s why some ask for funds or donations from politicians or any agencies to support the things to needed for the program. 3.Teacher Shortages: The K-12 program requires a large number of qualified teachers, which can be challenging to find and retain. Many teachers are overworked and underpaid, leading to high turnover rates and a shortage of experienced educators. Standardized Testing: The K-12 program relies heavily on standardized testing to measure student achievement and evaluate schools. However, many argue that these tests are too focused on memorization and do not provide an accurate assessment of student learning or the effectiveness of the education system. ANSWER: Low pay and high stress are, and have been for many years, the major barriers to meeting the national demand for teachers usually cause why there are teacher shortage. If the salary will increase and if they only limit the loads of teachers for sure this problem will have solution. 4.Inequality: The K-12 program has faced criticism for exacerbating existing social and economic inequalities. Students from low-income families and marginalized communities often have limited access to high-quality education and resources, leading to a significant achievement gap between different groups of students. ANSWER: There should be fairness in the program so that there will be equality in implementing and will have no bias. Educational inequality is the unequal distribution of academic resources, including but not limited to school funding, qualified and experienced teachers, books, and technologies, to socially excluded communities. These communities tend to be historically disadvantaged and oppressed. 5.Overcrowding: Many schools are overcrowded, leading to large class sizes and limited individual attention for students. This can make it difficult for teachers to provide personalized instruction and can result in lower academic achievement and student engagement. ANSWER: If there is overcrowded in the classroom this might happen we can have a difficulty in understanding different learning styles, will lead to the lack of effective communication, and creating engaging lesson plans that fit the curriculum. For us to manage this we should do the following; keep everyone busy. The more students you have in your classroom, the easier it is for a few distracted kids to derail your lesson and we should use flexible grouping. With this we can creates an environment for students that allows them to learn without distractions.
