Exercise is good for everyone. We need to exercise no matter how busy it is, as the wise man says 'Life is movement'. Besides that, exercise is good for improving heart function. On the other hand, exercise even can lighten our mood, because our brain secretes a substance called cannabinoids which improves our mood, when we running or doing other exercise. Furthermore, exercise even make us look young, because it improves sleep quality and promote body repair. As conclusion, exercise is good for us, so let’s go exercise!
