The city should be modified. It has a nostalgic incentive for the individuals who inhabit it. After losing everything, the only thing that can bring them peace is to see the things they have fought for all their lives again. These people will want to stay and rebuild the city. When the city is renewed, it will appear as an example of all the various reasons why individuals should stay and modify their urban areas in a green and progressively competent manner. They are currently shown as an example for nations all over the world. After reading the case, I am more convinced that Greensburg has been rebuilt with a greener landscape and relies on natural energy resources that are much more environmentally friendly, cost-effective and durable to function for many years. In addition, as the case mentions, this Greensburg City Council initiative was supported by government grants and sponsorships. As I understand it, one main reason people opposed the redevelopment was internal politics, disunity and disagreements among residents. Of course, with the mayor's resignation, there needed to be a strategic leader in initiating the redevelopment of Greensburg.
