Taken from Sigma Chapter, Temple University 1997 Black and Gold Award Winner “Guide to Organizing and Executing a Successful Career Fair” USE CHAPTER LETTERHEAD February 13, 1999 John Brown Brown and Tan Insurance Company 1354 Ecru Blvd. Philadelphia, PA 19122 Dear Mr. Brown: This letter is to confirm your attendance at the Third Annual Gamma Iota Sigma Career Fair. The specifics concerning the fair (e.g. date, place, parking, etc.) are as follows. The career fair will be held on Monday, March 2, 1999, in the main ballroom of the Wyndham Franklin Plaza hotel. The hotel is located between 16th & 17th streets, and between Race and Vine streets. The events of the day will begin at 2:00 PM and conclude at approximately 5:00 PM. Each organization should arrive at 1:00 PM and can begin setting up at this time. Parking is available beneath the hotel for a small fee. There will be one table available to all organizations participating in the fair. Each table is 8 feet long and 30 inches wide. In addition, space is available behind each table for banners, signs, etc. If any organization needs an electrical outlet or any other special accommodations, please contact Mr. Dave Smith at the hotel. This should be done as soon as possible. His number is 215-555-2598. Representatives from our chapter and the hotel will be at the registration table to escort the organizations to their table. Also, there will be restrooms and a coat check nearby. Resume books for graduating seniors and underclassmen seeking internships will be available the day of the career fair.
