LETTER OF INTRODUCTION/UNDERTAKING
This serves to introduce SA’AD AMINU SA’AD
who we understand is seeking for a loan from your bank.
We confirm that Sa’ad Aminu Sa’ad is employed as a permanent staff and that his salaries
would continue to be paid through your bank until he fully pays his loan. In the event of
his transfer, the pay point would not be changed without your prior agreement in writing
while any other entitlement apart from the terminal benefits usually paid his retirement
savings account shall be paid through your bank in case he finally leaves our service.
We further undertake to inform you of his last contact address/ present place of
employment in the event that we become aware of such information.
It is understood that in consideration of your granting or continuing banking facility to
the above named, this undertaking is irrevocable and cannot be amended or canceled
without your prior agreement in writing.
