STAS: Why does the future does not need us? 1. Can robotics replace humans in the future in terms of providing service in the future? Seeing how things right now seem like it is possible for robotics to replace humans in terms of providing basic services. However, I really think that it cannot surpass human knowledge for they are programmed by humans as well. If we can make it possible for them to exist, we can definitely take it back or just limit the production of these things. 2. What aspects of service is critical for human to execute and should not be relied on by robotics? Medicine field. Robots are programmed to perform a certain function and the possibility of them failing or malfunctioning while doing certain procedures can harm the patient. 3. What is the human’s responsibility in the acceptance of the use of artificial intelligence in society? We must accept that at some point, they would do better than us. And their presence in certain industries can possibly lessen the chances of you getting employed if investing in them means a lower number of people that must be paid on a monthly basis. Claire C.
