Conclusion To conclude, this accident has no one to blame since it is the company’s work to check if the area of construction is close to a powerline. Also, due to the worker's lack of knowledge about getting hurt due to the powerline, he was electrocuted. Recommendations 1. At work the place, especially at the construction site, make sure that the area for working, driving, parking, or storing materials is closer than 15m (48 ft) to overhead powerlines. 2. If this scenario happens, where a vehicle was grounded by the powerlines, do not leave your vehicle. If you must leave the vehicle (e.g., vehicle catches on fire), exit by jumping as far as possible – at least 45 to 60 cm (1.5 to 2 feet). If there’s no other available socket inside a restroom, you can use an extension cord. But make sure that the cord does not block the doorway to prevent damaging the cord. 2.
