The plastic waste is first fed into the shredder in a tied trash bag and converted into fragments. 2 5 200ºC The shredded fragments go into the fusion section of the platform where it is subjected to a 200⁰C heat cycle. 3 The chips are cooled and delivered through a conveyor belt to a bin, where they can be conveniently removed and bagged. 6 The material is mixed and homogenized. These chips are now ready to be supplied to various industries as valuable raw material. We have the technology to reinforce the output material with natural fibers such as jute, glass fibers and other reinforcements and fillers, using in-line compounding. Alternatively, they can also be converted in our plant into rounds, hollow pipes and rectangular profiles with 4x improved stiffness. AN INVALUABLE ASSET FOR ALL HEALTHCARE Plastic waste from healthcare facilities can be infectious and adversely impact the environment or public health. It must be managed responsibly and efficiently. Most hospital waste is multi-material with metal strips, rubber bands, Velcro strips, and may also contain pathogens. In normal circumstances these would have to be segregated manually. With SAFEReCYCLER, the waste can be fed directly without segregation. The high temperature (200⁰ C+) eliminates pathogens and compacts the waste into chips which can be stored easily* and converted into value-added products using innovative technology. *Healthcare facilities are required to follow the regulations as laid down by the relevant authority in that location. AIRPORTS/STADIUMS/ MALLS/COMMUNITIES waste cannot be fed into conventional recycling machines because it is unsegregated. Food packaging which is ultimately discarded by the consumer in crowded areas is a matter of great concern. It is extremely difficult to recycle being made of different material combinations like polyolefins, BOPET, Polyamides and adhesives. Also, packaging SAFEReCycler, on the other hand, has the unique capability to accept waste* without segregation. The input material is passed through an extruder which melts and compacts it into chips. This can be further converted into value added products using the latest technology. * Subject to meeting condition of 50%+ polymer and is flexible in form POST INDUSTRIAL WASTE The manufacturing of plastic products generates waste that is often clean and without contamination.
