1. He claimed that employees have advocacy as a company. But
in those days, so-called values and principles worked well.
2. Walmart's ethical environment could change as management
focuses on the company's mission and vision. For me, I think
that the company started with very strong and ambitious
values and principles that our employees value most.
3. I do not assume any corporation goals of simply turning round
without assisting their employees.
4. I ensure that those in leadership positions share the same
vision and commitment to living the company's core values
