CRISPY TORTANG TALONG
Food are very essential in everyday living of people it is one of the needs of humans
in order for them to survive that is why I and my partner jasper decided to make a
product that will suit the consumers taste and likes in foods and also affordable and
delicious. As part of our project in entrepreneurship we make a product called Crispy
Tortang Talong. Saturday afternoon we buy the needed ingredients and materials
which are eggplant, breadcrumbs, crispy fry, eggs, cooking oil, and other seasonings
and our total expenses is 200.00 including the gasoline for the transportation whish
is 39 for ½ liter. Making our desired product is easy to be made because you will just
dip, coat, and fry it but you need to be very careful not to burn it. The ingredients
needed are listed below:
INGREDIENTS
1 kilo – eggplant ( boiled)
2 packs – breadcrumbs
2 packs – crispy fry breading mix
1 kilo – cooking oil
3 pcs – eggs
Seasonings ( onion, pepper, msg, table salt)
PROCEDURES IN MAKING CRISPY TORTANG TALONG
Step 1: heat the pan and put the cooking oil
Step 2: coat the boiled eggplant with crispy fry breading mix
Step 3: dip the coated eggplant in the egg mixture with the seasonings
Step 4: coat again with breadcrumbs
Step 5: fry the coated eggplant in the hot oil
The procedure of making crispy tortang talong is so easy to be followed. After we
cook all the eggplant we proceed to the selling process where I and my partner
jasper roamed around within our community. The selling process didn’t give us any
difficulties because our product is easily sold out by the consumers in community.
Although we didn’t meet our expected profit it is okay because we are already
satisfied that our product was sold out. Entering into a business is not that easy you
need to plan it first for you to have a guide in performing your business you also
business doesn’t just require a good mind but also you need to be strategical in
order to promote your product and make the consumer like your product.
Experiencing business venture through entrepreneurship give us an idea how to
manage a business, make your product healthy and sustain our proposed product
until it grow bigger.
