A new benefits
package is coming
to you in 2025!

What are the
new benefits?
Benefits are additional compensation,
both monetary and packages, that employees
receive outside of their yearly salary.
We recently reviewed them to align with
the results of our recent employee survey.

New Salary
Grades
For Regular Employees
Regular employees, employees who are with the company for at
least six months, will automatically qualify for the new salary
grades. Salary grades are now based on three factors: industry
rates, employee quarterly performance rating, and tenure.

Overtime Rates
and Bonuses

Employees now get
3x their hourly wage
for each hour
worked overtime.
R|S
Bonuses will now be
given twice a year:
every June 16 and
December 16 payroll.

Our New Rules on
Employee Leaves
R|S
Regularized Leaves
Non-probationary employees get 5 days off
their first year with an extra 5 days of sick leave.
Each subsequent year employees get an extra
2 days of leave with a maximum of 15 days total.
Accrued
Leaves
A maximum of 4 leaves
can now be rolled over to
the next calendar year.
Leaves can now be
exchanged for monetary
compensation equal to
1.5x the hourly rate.

How to Make a Recording
of Your Canva Presentation
Click on "Present and record" found on the top right corner.
Click on "Go to recording studio".
Set up your camera and microphone and click on “Start recording”.
Click “Pause” to take a break, and click “Resume” once you’re
ready to record again.
Click on “End recording” once you’re done.
Wait for your recording to upload. Make sure to copy the link to
your recording and share it with others.
